  • Minimum Death Benefit: $2,000

Modified

  • Return of Premium: + 10% years 1 & 2

  • Full Benefit: Policy year 3+

  • Issue Ages: 40-75

  • Maximum Death Benefit: $25,000

  • Minimum Death Benefit: $2,000

Riders

  • Accelerated Death Benefit Rider: 50% of death benefit if medical condition results in terminal, chronic or critical illness within 12 months

  • Children’s Term Rider: Coverage through age 25 in units $2,500 up to a maximum of $10,000 per child; Limited to 9 children.

  • Accidental Death Benefits Rider: Pays 100% of the base policy’s face amount for accidental death for issue ages 40-70.
